Service Description
Use of our Tot Spot for the duration of your party will let parents of little ones be able to relax. Parents can sit in our cozy area or join the party while their tots play in an enclosed, age-appropriate area designated specifically for them.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits for Mobile Petting Zoo and On-Site parties: Non-refundable $100 deposit is due at time of booking to hold your event slot. Payment and Cancellations: Remaining balance is due at time of service. We accept cash or card payments upon arrival, prior to set-up. A refund minus the deposit will be allowed if cancelled 1 week prior to the event. Full payment of animal-grams is required at time of booking. Payments are non-refundable, but transferrable if cancelled 72 hours prior to the event.
